Corporate responsibility
Berkeley understands that its people have interests and causes they want to support, beyond their day-to-day work, so it offers staff the opportunity to use up to 5 days per year to work on personal projects, such as helping local charities.
Two recent examples are The House of St Barnabas and The Depaul Trust.
The consultancy also operates a popular Give as You Earn (GAYE) scheme where people can make charitable contributions through their payroll.
As a business, Berkeley respects its responsibilities to the local community and wider environment which is why the consultancy’s partners and staff are playing their part in working towards a greener and cleaner environment for all.

We wanted to work with our broader community in the same way we work with our clients: building close relationships and helping them achieve their biggest aspirations and goals. So far it feels we've been able to make our work with two local charities very much an integral part of what Berkeley does rather than something on the periphery.
